This is a Godot project I'm giving out for free! it allows you to not only easily edit, and create raycast games, but also see how they work behind the scenes! I hope you enjoy! (I tried my best to optimize this as much as possible but it is entirely likely that your computer might not be able to run it at 60 fps. This is an on-going project and will be updated and hopefully optimized more in the future). This product is free to use for all for any reason. You can render sprites at the moment, but they aren't aligned properly with their collision, all you need to do is create a collision object with collision bit 1 set to true and collision bit 0 set to false (make sure the collision mask mirrors this). Then create a custom script with an exported texture variable called "sprite", and it will render a sprite. For any additional help leave a comment or direct message me on twitter @rende36.
